The Brecht Forum is a 30- year old community-based center that offers seminars, lectures and classes in political organizing and progressive analysis to local activists, organizers, students and the public. The computers taken contain the databases and financial records of the organization.”

I saw last week that the website for Media Channel was attacked the same week that they were organizing a massive national media campaign to protest the lack of full coverage of the Iraq War.

I also read that. I think you were right in your comment on the item about the virtual sit-in on French gov’t computers, that it is a tactic that can be used by anyone for any purpose. But this, a theft of computers, isn’t comparable.
